The Big Change

God has opened up a door and we are walking through.
For some time now we have been running up against the limitations of our precious building in North Chittenden and, as much as we love our building, we are unwilling that it should determine the size of our congregation.  We want as many of our friends, neighbors, and family members to come to faith as possible, and, while the door through which we come must be narrow, the room it opens into need not be cramped.
So we are going to be moving our worship services to a wonderful building in Pittsford.  Formerly the Furniture Barn, the building is right on Route 7 and will be easily accessed even in bad weather.  There will be plenty of room for us to spread out and minister to the Lord and the lost.
We are still in negotiations with the owners, but we are aiming at a January start date.  There is, however, much work to be done before that can happen.
And this is going to be a stretch for us, financially.  If you feel led to contribute to this transition would you consider letting us know?  You could contact Pastor Tate or Wendy Wood, our treasurer to let us know.
